Workspace

This is your landing page and central hub for interacting with Splore's AI capabilities. Each organisation/base has its own unique subdomain (e.g., yourcompany.splore.com), providing a dedicated space for your team.

Navigation Sidebar

This is where you can access your previous conversations and also access your knowledge base. Click on New Chat to start a new conversation with an agent. Click the collapse button to minimise the sidebar and click again to expand.

Base

Each organisation has its own base and all of your organisation members are inside this space. To view and manage your team members, click on Manage team. Over here, the admin is able to adjust the roles of team members.

Workspace

Within your organisation, you may have different workspaces, for Sales, Research, Growth etc to organise your team members within your organisation. This would be helpful for you to segregate your Chats and Knowledge across different departments.

Knowledge

Click on Knowledge to view your knowledge base containing all of your collections. A knowledge base contains different types of files that you can upload to our platform to use in the chat. View Knowledge for more information.

Search (Coming Soon)

Click on Search to search for any file or document that was used within your workspace.

Chats

Your past conversations are organised in the Chats section:

• Most recent conversations appear at the top
• Click on any chat to return to that conversation
• To delete a conversation, move your mouse over the chat and click the Delete icon.

Profile Menu

Click your profile picture or name at the bottom left of the screen to access:

• Admin Settings
• Logout

Chat Area

This is the central space you will be using for AI interactions. Start conversations with your preferred AI model here and access model-specific features and tools. See the Chat section for detailed information.

Quick Actions

• Click New Chat to create a new chat
• Click on your workspace name to return to the chat area
